A "buried" penis or concealed penis refers to a penile shaft buried deep down in an enlarged suprapubic region, and also to a partially or totally obscured penis caused by obesity, making sexual intercourse impossible. The adaequate treatment consists of liposuction and plastic surgical correction of the excessive pubic fat and skin.
